Return Policy

I want your order to be one of the highlights of your day when you open it; correct, with nothing missing or damaged, and handled with care!

Please read below to see how I can ensure that happens.

Missing or Delayed Orders

I know how frustrating it can be to have a missing package! However, I am not responsible for losses or delays by the USPS. I would suggest you check your confirmation email to make sure the correct address was listed. If you shipped using first-class, you can use the USPS Mail Finder to find your missing mail.

If a package was returned to my PO Box I will happily re-ship it for you, but shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Can I return or exchange what I purchased?

You will have 7 days to reach out and request a return or exchange (original artwork and stickers excluded) A restocking fee of 20% of the cost of the item(s) will be applied. This is to help cover the costs to get the item(s) back to a resellable condition and to make sure I don’t have items sitting in stock.

Shipping costs to return the original and resend the alternative item(s) will also apply.

How do I send my order back?

Please send all orders back in their original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, you will need to package your item(s) in a rigid mailer. If I receive your order and it is damaged, it will not be refunded due to poor packaging. I won’t be able to resell a damaged print, so please make sure items are safely packed!

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted up until you receive a shipping notification email. Once your order is out for shipping I can’t cancel it.

I’m missing something from my order or received the wrong item(s).

Please reach out within 7 days of getting your order! I will resend anything that was forgotten or incorrect free of charge.

Damaged Orders

Oh no! If something in your order arrives damaged, please fill out a contact form with your name, order number, description of the damages, and pictures of the damaged items/packaging within 48 hours of receiving your order. Replacements will be arranged upon the receival of this form!
